Because “shopping” options on the island are limited,
guests may want to consider bringing along any of the items
listed below. However, Pansand guests are advised to leave
behind worries and concerns.

Casual clothing and beach wear, of course, are appropriate.
The climate from December to February is warm (28 to
32 degrees Celsius; 82 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit), with sea
breezes keeping guests comfortable. During the summer
season from March through May, the air is dry and
temperatures range from 35 to 40 degrees Celsius (85 to
104 degrees Fahrenheit). The rainy season begins in late May,
and continues until October.

The resort closes during portions of the rainy, or monsoon,
season.

You may want to bring to the island any of the following items:

flashlight and batteries
sunscreen
sun hat and sunglasses
insect repellent
camera and film
reading material
binoculars (especially for bird watching)
snorkeling gear (though masks may be rented)
fishing gear (for anglers)
